Seven Consulting is currently looking for an experienced Program Director to join our Delivery Practice on a Full-time Basis. You will be partnering with blue chip clients to deliver complex IT Program and Business Transformation programs above $100M+
  
Your Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing large Technology based programs to ensure delivery on time, budget, and within quality, taking ownership, and overseeing the program through to completion.
• As a Program Director you will be charged with leading a large technology based program on behalf of one of our clients to ensure delivery on time, budget, and within the governance frameworks, taking ownership and overseeing the program through to completion.
• You will work collaboratively with the client to align all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success. Ensuring transparency in reporting and all communications, strong stakeholder management and implementing rigorous program management and control disciplines will enable you to meet the client's expectations and deliver a first quality service.
• Working with other senior PMO and Program professionals to provide your insights and collaborate with others to deliver a high-quality solution.

   
What you bring:
 Track record of successfully managing multiple large $50M - 200m+ programs for blue chip clients

• Strong references from previous employers and client sponsors
• High energy levels to ensure program delivery or turnaround success
• Natural team building skills, having managed 40+ staff
• Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strategic relationships

  
A successful track record of delivery and high integrity will be your most significant attributes.
Project Management qualifications are preferred, but not essential.
