Role Overview

As the Program / Project Scheduler your key stakeholders will be the Program Managers, Senior Project Managers & the Stream Leads. You will be the glue that ties each stream together, ensuring that the project moves in the right direction towards it's strategic goals with efficient Scheduling. You will provide support and advisory to the team with basic PMO Analyst duties as well.  

As the ideal candidate you pride yourself on the high quality of your output and feel enthusiastic about working within a fast-paced, dynamic environments. 

The desired candidate is someone who is not to precious and open to doing Program Scheduling, alongside admin type work and other day to day PMO responsibilities. 

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years Program/Project Scheduling experience
• Working as a Scheduler across minimum 6+ projects and maintain the Master Schedule 
• PMBOK, Prince2, P3O or similar certification
• Experience on a large scale, multi stream transformation project
• Demonstrable experience in fast paced, fluid environments
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (MSP) & SharePoint to an advanced level 
• Strong stakeholder management
