YOU WILL BRING:
- Previous experience creating application packages.
- Knowledge of InTune and Azure active directory.
- SCCM, SCCM reporting, Group Policy, Windows and Office patching
- App Packaging with install shield for SCCM and InTune.
- SOE and imaging for Win 7, 8.1 and 10
- Mcafee EPO
- Windows Server, AD knowledge, O365
- Powershell and scripting knowledge
- Proven experience in a corporate environment with over 5000 users.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and be leveraged in BAU and project work.
YOUR NEW ROLE:
- Provide tier three desktop support.
- Troubleshooting Windows 7,8 and 10.
- Creating Deployment task sequences.
