This is an excellent opportunity for a service centre analyst to be part of an ASX listed company known for its fun culture. You will bring strong a strong work ethic and a great customer focus and be subsequently rewarded with a competitive rate and exposure and experience with industry leaders.

The successful candidate will need to illustrate excellent analytical and problem solving skills and have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Windows platform, mobile devices and other technical products.

Candidates with large enterprise IT support experience will be highly favoured for this role.

Key responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of the customer’s technical issues and ensuring a quality outcome.
  • Assist in the development, administration and maintenance of a standard operating environment for all workstations and servers for students, staff and the community.
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
  • Configure / add new services and applications as necessary.
  • Assist in providing general technical assistance and maintenance support on diverse software applications, operating systems and hardware systems to end users.
  • Provide feedback and ideas on how to improve the service provided by the Service Centre.

You will bring:

  • Customer service experience working in government highly regarded.
  • Experience with LANDesk Service Desk software
  • Experience with PureCloud call management software; or similar
  • Extensive experience in supporting Apple and Samsung mobile devices
  • Experience providing excellent customer service to a diverse client base
  • Advanced communication skills in responding to clients with various technical backgrounds
  • Extensive experience in problem solving and troubleshooting techniques
  • Extensive technical knowledge background to work within a dynamic team environment.
