We support a wide variety of projects, journeys, and experiments, across digital design, spatial design, and service design. Your new job

We're looking for a UI Designer to be part of our awesome Experience Design team. You will:

  • Create best in class usable and accessible user interfaces for products, services, and features within a project or initiative.
  • Supports backlog grooming and other business requirement activities to shape products in a way that is the most desirable for customers
  • Apply NAB’s visual language to design while adhering to brand, legal and accessibility guidelines
  • Apply creative problem solving to new and existing products and features
  • Work with dynamic, cross-functional teams, who keep the customer at the centre of the process and deliver change 

Experience and skills you'll need

1-3 years of experience in a UI role, demonstrating:

  • Growing knowledge of the design process, User Interface Design methodologies and principles
  • Growing communication and design presentation skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to peers and stakeholders
  • Experience working with requirements and recommending change that will improve digital products and services, where necessary
  • Excellent interface design skills enabling the creation of quality artefacts such as task and user flows, wireframes and high fidelity creative
  • Application of User Interface design standards, across all NAB digital products and services
  • Ability to work within agile environments, using relevant practices and principles
  • Good skills in using design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to engage with Developers and Accessibility experts to iterate on design solutions as needed
