Ballarat Community Health (BCH) provides a broad range of services to the community of Ballarat, with outreach services delivered in the Central Highlands region and beyond. In partnership with the community, we create opportunities and supportive environments which empower people to develop and maintain healthy lifestyles, as well as preventing and managing illness. Our Corporate Services team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Support Officer, to provide vital support that will keep our wheels turning.
The Opportunity
From providing general technical support, trouble shooting IT problems and assisting with the maintenance of the ICT infrastructure, this role covers all aspects of computer hardware, network and software. You'll provide excellent front line support for all staff across multiple sites and have the ability to juggle lots of varied tasks without missing a beat or scrimping on the detail.

You thrive in a busy environment and take pride in having your finger on the pulse and juggling multiple tasks. You will have previous experience in ICT support, ideally backed up with relevant qualifications in Information Technology or Information Systems. You take pride in your analytical skills; being able to investigate and find the source of a problem and resolve it.
In addition to your expert knowledge of the MS Office suite, you will have worked with a range of Microsoft server systems such as Exchange, SQL and Remote Desktop Services.
