Engagement/Delivery Lead – NSW Government


A NSW Government Department  based in the Sydney CBD is looking for an Engagement/Delivery Lead to join their team on an initial 12-month contract. The Engagement/Delivery Lead will be utilising Agile delivery models, running scrum teams, and driving outcomes to ensure the successful delivery of a new CRM platform.
  
Key accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with the Domain Architects, Business Analysts and delivery teams to asses the cross-functional impacts of business decisions across the Salesforce platform and provide recommendations
  • Oversee project financials, schedule and scope in an agile delivery environment
  • Lead business/functional requirement reviews, approvals and sign-off sessions
  • Participate in negotiations with vendors, and support vendors in their work
  • Work with business users to ensure implementation activities are in alignment with business & platform objectives; review & propose new initiatives roll-out strategy to enhance CRM adoption and end user feedback
  • Review, analyse and provide input for continuous improvement into platform strategy
  • Provide recommendations on the alignment, risk, financial value and contribution to organisational priorities
  • Provide guidance to delivery teams on best practices to achieve business outcomes
Selection criteria:
  • Relevant qualifications
  • 8+ years’ project and delivery engagement experience
  • Experience working specifically with a Salesforce implementation
  • Functional knowledge in CRM & telephony (including strategy, business case engagement & preparation, project management)
  • Solid experience with ITIL, Agile and Service Management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement & negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
