Hey you there! That's right, you, reading this ad. We see your strong WordPress skills, analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. We're looking for a solid front-end coder (HTML5, CSS2/3, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP etc.) just like you. The role will entail

• Developing multiple new WordPress sites using Learndash
• Reviewing existing code and design features and taking initiative to provide advice on any required improvements
• Developing innovative new features and functionality as requested by our clients or by our team
• Conducting security and functionality tests on the system, reporting on your findings
• Assisting and mentoring our front-end developers
• Identifying and remedying bugs in the system
• Ensuring best practice in regards to design, usability, accessibility and web standards (UX is king)
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their IT requirements and provide workable solutions and recommendations

To be successful in this role you will have:

• 2+ years' experience in a similar role
• Professional attitude
• Excellent attention to detail with pixel precision
• A sense of pride when delivering high quality work
• Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment and prioritise competing work commitments
• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously
• Passion and enthusiasm for web / e-learning designs

Also *highly desirable* ;) but not essential:

• Video editing experience
• Sound financial knowledge
• Experience with LearnDash
• Experience with Storyline
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
