AustCorp Executive are searching for a dynamic Change Manager to join our ASX listed client in their Macquarie Park office, with occasional travel to Greystanes.
The Client:
An Australian conglomerate that has offices all over Australia and revenue in the billions of dollars.
The Role:
A dynamic Change Manager position that will be working across multiple technology and process change projects.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 5+ years Change Management experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Experience conducting stakeholder anlysis
- Proven experience managing change across technology & process related projects
- Extensive experience managing senior stakeholders
- Ability to work in an environment with limited change management maturity
- Experience managing change across various locations & stakeholders
