About the role:
We are seeking a casual IT support officer to help support our growing business and provide exceptional internal level 1 and 2 IT support. Experience with a company in a high-volume support environment would be highly desirable and new graduates will also be considered for this opportunity.
In this role you will:
- Provide level 1/2 desktop, networking, system and application support to internal staff across multiple sites nationally
- Ensure maximum availability at all times of computer systems throughout the company
- Manage calls and the ticket queue, image and configure desktops and printers, problem solve and assist with IT security access to IT systems
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Solid desktop/system/network troubleshooting experience (with server trouble shooting)
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows
- Desktop/hardware support
- High problem-solving skills
- Experience in Level 1/2 IT support experience
- Passionate team player looking to excel their skillset
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
