We are currently looking for an Entry Level Analyst to work in our Advice team at Regis Head Office in Armadale. The Analyst is responsible for supporting the Advice customer service team with the systems that help them to deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining reports from Salesforce (CRM) to support the business. You will also be responsible for monitoring systems and producing data to assist the Advice Manager in monitoring individual and team KPIs.

 

Your role will involve:

  • Providing timely and accurate Salesforce and KPI Reports and Dashboards
  • Updating Salesforce configuration with new milestones or lists to match the sales or marketing teams’ needs
  • Working with any project teams for salesforce enhancements or  upgrades
  • Quality Assurance analysis and observations based on Salesforce or phone system data
  • Assist the Salesforce trainer to understand training needs
  • Deliver high quality, effective reporting and analysis
  • Distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as needed
  • Regular maintenance of Salesforce, obsolete tasks and duplicate records clean up
  • Maintain the CRM enhancement log and issues register
  • Maintain and update the Advice phone system

     

    About you

  • Excellent English language skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills and strong work ethic 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, intermediate Powerpoint and Visio
  • Excellent skills in using systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience compiling and presenting data
  • Customer service focus
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
