We're looking for an experienced Project Communications Consultant to work towards the achievement of our client's overall business objectives by delivering efficient, effective and integrated Retail customer communications outcomes for project initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Communications and Customer Communications Managers in the successful delivery of our clients communications strategies for key strategic projects

• Assist in the transition of Project Communications to the Business as Usual (BAU) environment on the completion of key strategic projects

• Share project objectives and outcomes, and initiative knowledge with the rest of the wider marketing team

• Evaluate marketing strategy contained within briefs received from the business and provide input

• Effectively engage broader Marketing and Retail Energy team members to make aware of project objectives, requirements and deliverables

• Assist in the delivery of operational, lifecycle or mandatory communications to maximise revenue and improve customer experience for moments of truth

• Proactively manage agencies, internal and external relationships for the successful delivery of key strategic projects, operational communications including

• Liaise effectively with customer interfacing departments to ensure a delivery of consistent experience at every customer touch point

• Proactively manage budget spend as agreed with Business Units and internal stakeholders

• Contribute to delivery of our client's customer operational, lifecycle and regulatory communications (business and residential) as required

• Ensure project deliverables leverage existing communication processes and efficiencies where possible

• Ensure all project communications meet Brand Identity guidelines, and Operational, Legal and Regulatory requirements



Skills/Experience Required:

• Minimum 4 years Marketing/Communications management experience

• Experience with general business management and understanding of business drivers

• Budget and supplier management

• Thorough understanding of through the line communication development, campaign management and production processes

• Working knowledge of the retail energy regulatory environment

• Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders

• Managing to deadline in complex projects

• Effective interpersonal skills, stakeholder management and engagement

• High quality written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to assess creative based on a brief and business objectives

• Strategic assessment and planning

• Supplier performance management

• Commitment to service quality

• Organisation and time management skills and effective project management skills

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Risk assessment and planning

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related business discipline
