Bluefin are working in partnership with an large iconic Australian organsiation to recruit a Project Manager - Career and Capability framework.

Reporting to the Program Manager you would be responsible for providing the project planning and delivery for the introduction of a new Career and Capability Framework and as a foundation for the new HR Technology system.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Management of overall project organsiation and establishment
• Management of the development and implementation of project plans to meet objectives
• Develop and embed the project governance and reporting framework to monitor implementation, progress and delivery of the project.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Experience in developing and establishing an organisations Talent Management Program in a greenfields environment including promoting the understanding, build and deployment of an organisational Capability Framework.
• A track record of working closely and collaboratively with peer HR Project Managers to deliver a holistic program of evolution for HR services.
• Have previously worked in complex, multi-faceted organisation or higher education / tertiary sector.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a well regarded organisation on a 12 month contract with a high likelihood of a longer term extension.
