Our client, a well renowned IT consulting business are looking for a Mulesoft Specialist to join their team. 

The key purpose of this position will be to bring a wealth of technical understanding about Mulesoft / ESB  to translate the business' clients requirements into integration requirements, with the main focus of ensuring the Development and Testing teams can improve processes and continue a high-quality level of delivery.

As a Mulesoft Senior consultant your position is responsible for managing Mulesoft integrations. You will ensure alignment of project specific designs with application architecture roadmap; support project and/or product teams on functional and technical design activities; defining the interaction between application packages, databases, and middleware systems to optimize product functional coverage; acting as subject matter expert for products that require integration into the application.

Requirements:

• Integration / API and ESB background
• Thorough understanding of object orientated software development and computing fundamentals - Java J2EE useful
• Good knowledge across the various middleware and integration platforms / frameworks - e.g. Mulesoft, SOA, EAI, APIs, ESB, Hybrid Integration, Tibco, Boomi, Axway, Layer7, Mule ESB, AnyPoint & Websphere useful
• Cultivate effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the client business.
• Produce highly detailed technical designs for the incoming solution
• Oversee the development of the solution and ensure proper adherence to best practice development standards in a Test Driven Development (TDD) environment
• Plan and execute and effective "handover to support" process
