Squiz are looking for an intelligent, highly skilled BDM with the commercial acumen and spark to drive new customer acquisition across WA.

You will have direct access to a multi-disciplinary team of Content/Visual Designers and Technologists from within the Squiz group to help you make new client acquisition a reality. Upon meeting the expectations of the role you could continue to grow and lead these business ventures, repeat the process, or be promoted into the global senior management team.

A bit about you:

  • You understand organisational business challenges and goals
  • Comfortable prospecting and managing C-Level and senior relationships, offering strategic insight into their business
  • When others talk, you listen
  • When faced with a problem, you find a solution
  • People are naturally drawn to you and you exude a quiet confidence in your abilities
  • You effectively manage the pressures of a sales role to achieve outcomes
  • A highly motivated doer - this is a roll up your sleeves and muck in environment. From lead generation, follow ups, networking, tender and proposal writing to CRM updates etc

Bonus Points for:

  • 5+ years’+ experience as a BDM in a direct Business to Business role selling in the web technology space
  • Well networked within WA.

You're able to recognise organisational pain points and opportunities, and understand how to resolve them using our unique mix of people and technology. You'll be naturally inquisitive, seeking to challenge the status quo, while always aiming to provide solutions to problems that clients didn't know they had.
