An opportunity has arisen to join our IT Department located in Seven Hills.  This is a challenging and exciting opportunity working with a dynamic team.  This role will see you responsible for the management of IT infrastructure and the design and deployment of solutions.

Specific skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role essential
• Microsoft Windows Service (2003, 2008, 2008r2, 2012, 2012r2,2016)
• Office 365 administration
• VmWare 6.5
• Veeam backup software
• Active Directory
• SCCM and WSUS
• SOE design, development and automation
• Networking/Routing experience
• Previous experience in data centre centralisation, consolidation and the ability to work through a vast technology transformation program of works
• Experience in cloud migrations (full/hybrid) or with implementing SaaS delivery models

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineer or industry certification with extensive industry experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment support staff both on site and remote locations
• A calm and positive demeanour, particularly in times of high call volumes, multiple projects and systems issues affecting the company
• A strong technical ability in being able to work with a range of up to date technologies and product
• Experience in dealing with a large multi-site user base with different business units and different user requirements
• Experience in dealing with all users across all areas of an organisation from field staff to senior executives
