A Technical Support Specialist required to join an ever growing team in Sydney. You will be part of the National Service Desk as a phone center analyst as well as providing a high level of desk-side technical support throughout the office.

My client is a globally known law firm based in Sydney CBD. You will work closely with their offices in Melbourne and the USA.
Description
The key duties & responsibilities are outlined below;
- Provide high-quality and customer driven desk-side technical support within th elocal office
- troubleshoot issues from in-bound telephone calls directed to the National Service Desk
- Share support service when required to for the firms International Offices (sydney, Melbourne, Shanghai, Hong Kong & London)
- Assessment management and inventory control of all office hardware (Cisco telephgony, iOS mobile, wifi dongles etc)
- be responsible for all of the local office Audio Visual needs
- Comprehensive use of incident management system to properly document and escalate issues
- after hours availability to assist with client service delivery, system maintenance, power outages as needed
Profile
It is a MUST to have the below experiences/exposures;
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of General IT support experience
- Knowledge within MS Windows 10 & MS Office 2016 within a professional services organisation
- Knowledge & support of various mobile email devices (iOS, Android, Blackberry, etc)
- IManage experience
- Citrix Environment troubleshooting experience
- Technical experience within the Legal industry, as well as support experience with Document Management System (DMS), Carpe Diem, Citrix & Cisco Telephony
Job Offer
A permanent opportunity to work within a Global Corporate Environment. Salary range for this role is $55000 to $68000
