Service Stream are a national service provider to the telecommunications and utilities industries. We specialise in the design, construction and maintenance of new and existing networks on behalf of our blue chip client base.
About the role
Our Network Construction team are seeking an experienced IBC (In Building Coverage) Project Manager to manage end to end IBC implementation on behalf of our clients, including project management, design, construction, installation, integration and commissioning. Reporting to the General Manager, Transformation, this permanent full time role is based in our Lutwyche office and offers the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to take the lead on our IBC program.
Duties
Establish, implement and maintain a project plan to meet the requirements and obligations of the contract and internal policy and procedures of Service Stream.
Engage and lead a team of suitably qualified individuals to successfully deliver IBC projects
Maintain an in depth understanding of all client Head Contract objectives and obligations to ensure completed works meet client requirements
Manage client relationships to ensure an effective and efficient service is offered, and further business development opportunities are maximised
Ensure subcontractor resources are onboarded and adequately compliant to work
Drive a safety first culture across the work program
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience at a Project Manager level including experience with IBC projects
- Engineering/Project Management qualification (or qualified by experience)
- Excellent communication and change management skills
- Proven stakeholder engagement and management skills
- An analytical and problem solving mindset
