Hudson are exclusively partnering with the Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources (DEDJTR) as the Victorian Government department moves into the next phase of their Future Workplace Program, delivering a suite of contemporary tools, solutions and change management activities.
A requirement exists for 2 Senior Business Analysts, well versed in Agile delivery, to join the program change team on a fixed term basis, supporting a number of projects delivering new capabilities to staff using Office 365, SharePoint and Nintex Workflow tools.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead design sessions in prototyping new systems for enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow
- Lead and facilitate workshops to explore and capture business, functional and technical requirements in an Agile framework
- Work closely with Product Owners to break down larger features into detailed user stories, build narratives and acceptance criteria
- Review design documentation and maintain requirements traceability
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experienced in Agile methodologies and practices using Jira
- Demonstrate strong conceptual, analytical and product management skills with an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Exceptional business engagement and stakeholder management skills, effectively communicating verbally and in written form to interact professionally with a diverse group
- Proven ability to confidently and clearly convey ideas and information
Desired Experience:
- Experience in digitising manual processes into a SharePoint / Nintex solution
