Cognizant is hiring Quality Assurance Analyst position in Sydney.
Responsibilities:
- Test strategy definition, test planning, test scenario, test data creation and good stake holder management.
- Consult with business and prepare all business scenarios.
- Developing and executing formal test plans/test scripts for quality releases
- Test execution, defect management and test results reporting.
- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise information data and information management concepts and principles, as a means of consulting with I.T. Stakeholders
- Strong customer/client focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately, to provide a superior customer/client experience.
Mandatory Skills:
- 4+ years total Experience in I.T.
- 2 years of recent experience in a QA role
- Recent experience working in Data, Analytics or API (digital) type projects
- Good understanding on HDFS, HIVE, Pig and No SQL DB.
- Basic knowledge of Unix, SQL scripting
- Understanding and working knowledge in Cloud environment, good to have GCP knowledge
- Experience in Dashboard/Report validation
- Sound and proven experience in both project and agile based execution
- SQL Testing experience
- API / application Testing experience.
