Position Overview

Commencing immediately, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated business development manger for our growing team in Melbourne. Working closely with our key partners, the business development manager would be involved with new and existing customers on a daily basis, putting forward solutions based on customer requirements and, above all, helping them make their complex problems simple.

 

Specific tasks include:

  • Work closely with partners to develop strong pipeline
  • Actively engage in demand generation activities
  • Engage with customers to develop solutions based on business outcomes
  • Spend time with customers to understand their business and offer proactive advice.
  • Prepare customer presentations based on designed solutions
  • Adhere to a sales budget

Along with excellent communication and phone skills, you will need to be a strong team player who is self motivated and flexible in your approach. 

Required Attributes

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Proven sales experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Experience with Cisco technologies
  • Ability to confidently interact with senior business and technical personnel
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
