Specific Skills and experience we're looking for in this role:
 

• Significant experience in Test Governance, Program Test Management, Release Test Management, and coordination of IT and business team
• Proven 10 + years of experience as a Test Manager working across various industries such as Manufacturing, Education and Retail.
• Implementing testing capabilities for all test components of the SDLC
• Strong experience with Testing principles, methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Creating templates, processes test strategies and risk profile
• Strong demonstrated ability to mentor and train business and IT consultants
• Proven experience with development, system testing, SIT, UAT, Performance, Automation, Regression, Deployment / Release Management
• Exposure to CICD is highly advantageous

What you'll be doing:
 

• You'll be delivering customer centric solutions to our clients assurance and testing requirements
• You'll be working closely with our clients ensuring they are happy, satisfied and they think of AccessHQ as their trusted assurance and testing partner.
• You'll be an advocate for AccessHQ. Working closely with our Principal Consultants and Account Managers to build business and provide a quality service to our customers.
• You'll be contributing to business goals; generating new ideas, contributing to improving processes and services.
