As a SAP HR Test Analyst, you will have experience with the below mentioned:

Experience working as a SAP HR Test Analyst
Experience and ability to develop and deliver applications testing services within agreed time, cost and quality expectations.
Develop detailed test plans and test cases from business process models and systems designs and providing status reporting against test plans for stakeholders.
Delivery and leadership of quality assurance
Follow agreed test processes and procedures according to DEC best practice frameworks
Support and use relevant test tools (HPQC, QTP, Load Runner, Policy Tester)
Complete test objectives on schedule (Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scheduling)
Create and execute test scripts (Manual & Automated) using DEC Frameworks
Communicate plans, status, and issues to relevant stakeholders
