Be a part of a large multi-million dollar contact centre and telephony uplift program for a well-known Federal Government organisation. This is a 12-month ongoing contract based in Moonee Ponds. An IT Organisational Change Manager is required to lead the change practice across Australia, managing a team of 3-5 (Training lead, Business Analyst, Change Officer) whilst working alongside other project teams to ensure staff are effectively prepared.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
With a stronger focus on execution, you will:

• Platform from the high level change impact assessment to provide detailed impacts on staff, processes, work practices and technology change
• Support with stakeholder engagement, with focus on establishing and managing a change web/champion network
• Undertake an ongoing review of business readiness
• Provide relevant governance bodies with project level reporting

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in delivering large scale change in a large organisation
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver significate change initiatives
• Ability to prioritise change readiness activities according to operational impact and urgency
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
