About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a systems analyst with excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude to build a career with a successful and growing software business.
You will have a strong customer service focus and really enjoy working with customers to help them achieve their desired business outcomes from their MAGIQ systems. Some experience working in a systems or business analyst role will be highly beneficial.
You will be a member of our consulting team and will work closely with customers across a variety of industry sectors throughout the ANZ region. You will have a strong enthusiasm to learn, which will see you become an expert in the MAGIQ Platform.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop a high competence in the use and capabilities of the MAGIQ Platform
- Work with users to formulate business requirements
- Evaluate inefficiencies to propose optimal business practices and system modifications
- Develop and implement system test plans, training documentation, functional specifications and conduct formal training classes
- Apply your knowledge and product expertise to help customers maximise their use of the software
- Collaborate with teams across the business to deliver high quality service outcomes
Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years work experience in a system analyst role or similar
- Some knowledge of finance systems
- Results focused, energetic attitude with a customer centric outlook
- Ability to work collaboratively
- A desire to travel and work with a number of clients
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification
