The Role
The Technical Services Analyst requires the ability to understand client requirements and create practical solutions for their reporting needs. They also need to work with around 8 support professionals and other members of the team to ensure a streamlined migration from one system to another, and must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
- Report template customization
- Technical guide writing/documentation
- Running customer migrations and deployments
- Bug testing
- Client system configuration changes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2 years of experience in a professional services environment.
- Experience with report writing software (SSRS, Crystal Reports, Dev Express, etc.)
- Basic programming skills (Experience working with XML is a plus)
- Experience with SQL.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Powershell and Windows Shell.
- Familiarity with bug tracking software (Jira, Redmine, etc.)
- Documentation managements skills
- Content Management Experience would be an advantage
