My client has a ~$70m portfolio of projects that require a seasoned ITIL professional to help roll them into operations. The portfolio incorporates enterprise systems, COTS and bespoke applications and infrastructure that will be transitioning from build through to operational support.

The key objectives:

Oversight and process ownership of circa 360 change/release activities per month within a complex, multi-vendor landscape
My client need someone to lead the way in terms of developing their ITSM processes around transition and release to account for Agile & Devops style delivery within their programs of work
Continuous Improvement and Efficiency to ensure delivery and value to the business

The right person?

Transition, Change & Release management in $mm programmes of work
ITIL training or demonstrated experience in lieu
Experience applying an Agile mindset in an ITIL world
