You will be part of a close-knit team of 5 professionals supporting both our client and external customers. Your duties will include first and second level support for desktop's/SOE, network environment, applications and server infrastructure, as well as working with other support groups and the Account Management team to resolve issues.

Demonstrated experience and proficiency with:
- Microsoft Products and operating systems for both Desktop and Server;
- MS Active Directory / Exchange Server / Office 365;
- Network patching and basic understanding of TCP and VOIP
- Antivirus and Encryption Products.
