Our client, a medium sized organisation in the Financial Services sector, is currently seeking a Change Manager/Analyst who will be responsible for planning and executing Change Management activities in support of Portfolio Project delivery.
Candidates MUST HAVE Data/Information Management project experience.
This role will work on behalf of one or more projects in accordance with ensuring that assigned projects implement successful business transitions according to project change, schedule and budget objectives. Operating in a matrix model, the role works closely with the Senior Change Manager and key stakeholders across the business units to implement successful business transitions and enable the business to sustain the change.
This role will support the goals and objectives of the business unit as a key member of the Change Community. You will be required to engage, understand, analyse and document at a detailed level the needs of our customers to ensure strong transition and ownership.
Performance of the Senior Change Analyst role requires:
- +5 years’ experience as a change analyst working with industry recognised OCM methodology.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Psychology, Communication Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- Formal qualifications and/or certifications in Organisational Change Management or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in executing, managing and promoting various change management strategies.
- Proven experience in managing organisational change activity across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated high level skills in stakeholder management and developing trusted and enduring relationships with business clients, including superior consultation, facilitation and proven problem solving abilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of program and project management frameworks, approaches, tools and phases of the program/project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to identify, manage and address risks and issues, including change resistance, with the potential to impact the successful implementation of business change.

- Exceptional communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal with a broad range of people at all levels in a mid-sized corporate environment.
- Demonstrated inclusive, collaborative and engaging approach; including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate and influence with a broad range of people at all levels in a medium sized corporate environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively within enterprise change management governance, frameworks and guidance.
- Proven ability to manage, support, coach and motivate cross-function delivery teams in the implementation of business change.
