Leading Financial Institution requires a Process Analyst to commence within a major program of work.
In this fast shaping team, you will be joining in the discovery stage. You will have a major focus on understanding current operating model, identifying an interim and then final end to end processes.
Key accountabilities/ tasks
- Developing process maps and gaining approval through stakeholder ratification
- Meets with project leads, systems owners, and end users to define interim operating model, business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals.
- Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions
- Support the integration of future processes and identify process dependencies
- Establish and implement new Operating Model(s) into existing functional areas
In order to be considered we are seeking experienced Business Process Analysts with the following skills:
- 5+ years of Business Process Analysis experience in complex enterprise environments
- Excellent experience in running process mapping workshops with stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Financial services experience, banking preferred.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
