The Company
One of Australia's largest financial institutions is looking for a Level 2/3 Windows Support Engineer. Based in the Sydney CBD and North Sydney in State of the Art Offices.
The Role
For this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 2/3 Support to the internal staff. The requests will be made using their internal ticketing system and over the phone. You will be required to spread your time across Projects and BAU activities. This could be a great opportunity for someone to take a step up into a more Senior role.
The Requirements
For this role, you need to have experience with the following;
- Hands-on experience in a Level 2/3 Support Position
- Knowledge of SCCM
- Commercial experience in a Windows 10 environment
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Cisco Telephony
- Experience with Azure will be highly regarded
- Must be currently in Sydney with full working rights
