• Business Analyst - Enterprise Digital Implementation/Transformation Projects
• Growing ASX IT Consulting Firm. Multiple permanent positions mid to senior.
• Salary commensurate experience

We are currently looking for Business Analysts (Digital) at a middle to senior level to add to our rapidly growing business in Melbourne. Our consultants are engaged at Enterprise clients and Government agencies, on projects undergoing large scale business and digital transformation.
  
You will bring a can-do attitude and a consultative nature along with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be adaptable and possess the ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders.
  
Role and responsibilities
  

• Facilitate workshops and ensure business requirements are gathered and met
• Developing functional specifications
• Outstanding communication skills with a track record of being a conduit between business and development.
• Mapping existing and to-be business processes
• Experienced in stakeholder management and engagement experience
• Agile environment and project experience

  
Required Experience
  

• Ideally multiple industry experience e.g. Banking, Superannuation, Telecommunications, Utilities and Government.
• Project experience in Digital Transformation/Migration/Integration, Innovation or similar will be highly regarded
• Experienced in Digital Technologies, API or UX/CX/UI led project initiatives
• Process Design/Mapping, BPMN, UML highly regarded
• Agile environment experience
• A relevant degree/qualification or certifications (BABOK, SIX SIGMA etc) desirable
• Interest and/or commitment building a career in Consulting and Technology
