Program Test Manager
Revolution IT is looking to engage a Senior Program Test Manager to join a complex long term program with a financial services component.
We are looking for individuals who have previously worked as a Program Test Manager in complex programs, with a strong component of BI/ETL, including Teradata.
This program is likely to be highly rewarding to the right individual, given the exposure that it has within our client’s organization which is a leading / large scale public entity.
This is for an end to end program that Revolution IT has responsibility delivering for our client as a managed service.

Necessary Skills & Experience
- 5+ years working as a Program Test manager with experience across a range of testing methodologies, best practices, technology and tools.
- Managed Teradata, ETL and BI reporting programs or large scale financial systems
- Managed large scale data migrations
- Experience with working up to 100 impacted interfaces
- Ability to work in ambiguity and drive clarity for testing
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- One team focus
- Ability to ramp up very quickly and manage from the bottom up
- Pragmatic but detail orientated Test Management approach
- Ideally financial services experience as a Program Test Manager
- Knowledge of Program and Project Management Methodologies
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the overall test strategy through to implementation, managing a test Team of at least 10-20 individuals
- Responsibility for all project related testing activities
- Responsible for test governance and reporting
- Executive stakeholder engagement
