Wargaming Sydney is seeking a passionate Senior UI Designer to join our world class team and play a key role in driving the vision and creation for our products. You Are

• A seasoned artisan; armed with a stunning portfolio, you can demonstrate your unparalleled knowledge with Photoshop or similar programs; your creative genius conceptualising digital experiences; a keen eye for composition, typography, colour and form; you’ve successfully developed style guides and understand how to implement brand standards
• A clear communicator; removing ambiguity and providing inspiring vision you are able to get your colleagues on board
• A natural mentor; you can motivate and support other designers, guiding them towards success
• A champion for the user; having mastered your design tool armoury, you are passionate about interaction design, journey mapping and prototyping

You Will

• Develop and communicate brand standards, style guides, and visual design systems across multiple projects; help create engaging, usable, and effective visual design solutions
• Drive and refine the aesthetic quality of creative material including in-game UI, game menus, web pages, application interfaces, advertising campaigns, web and video content and studio branding materials
• Foster an open creative environment where teammates collaborate to help each other create better work through honest criticism and feedback
• Work closely with product managers, game and UI designers, artists and engineers on high-level design challenges and feature sets

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with videogame UI
• Knowledge and experience in Actionscript / Javascript
• Experience with Scaleform
