About the Role
WorkPac are seeking a Software Developer for an on-going contract on a 5:2 roster / 40 hour week, located by Perth Airport.
Duties
The successful candidate will be required to develop/engineer a model for tracking ore quality. This role will be the main developer on the project, and you’ll be working in conjunction with domain experts and software architects.
The project will integrate different sets of data, and combine them using information from the domain experts.
Cores skills needed:
• Proficient in Microsoft Dotnet (C#/F#)
• Proficient in SQL
• Proficient in REST/HTTP APIs.
• Proficient in Unit Testing.
• Understanding and familiarity with Micro services.
• Experience in Domain Modelling
• Right to work in Australia
Desirable:
• Familiar with Continuous Delivery/Continuous Deployment.
• Familiar with Git.
• Familiar with HTML/JS/Frontend development.
• Familiar with Functional programming techniques.
• Mining industry experience highly desired.
