Why MCT?
Working in a very small team in the Wollongong CBD you will be managing a range of our small to medium sized business clients – providing a comprehensive managed service to them.
Technical skills:
This role is based around the traditional Level 2 technical capabilities, including but not limited to:
- Providing IT support and administration for all clients - in all different forms
- Cloud and on premises system administration
- Demonstrated sound knowledge of networking platforms – preferably Sophos and Ruckus.
- Office 365 administration and migration experience.
- Server and desktop virtualization along with strong experience with Microsoft HyperV
- Microsoft Active Directory Management + Exchange
- RMM and MSP management tools
- Exposure to an managed services environment would also be beneficial.

- strong written and verbal communication skills
Non Essential requirements - but would be looked favorably upon:
- VoIP Experience
