Our client requires the expertise of a strong and organised Project Coordinator.  You will help manage a number of incentives, multiple project managers project administration during a core finance application implementation.

ROLE
As the Project Coordinator, you will;

• Be responsible for the core project administration
• Coordinating regular reporting and financial management for the project team
• Stats reporting
• Gathering and updating Issue and Risk registers
• Organising meetings are workshops, taking minutes and preparing relevant board and steering committee packs  
• Strong MS experience
• Any Agile or related project experience would be highly desirable

• Solid grasp on the Project Coordination role
• Experience in a fast pasted project team
• Open to change
• Ability to push back while maintaining the relationship
• Be an excellent communication
