Business transformation Director to lead the transition of a major transformation into the implementation phase.

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage business change and the implementation of new processes across a large-scale, complex organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the transition of a major, hugely complex program, with multiple projects and vendors, from the transformation phase to implementation
• Assessing impacts and interdependencies, and sequencing events accordingly over the transition period
• Managing the implementation of new processes across the organisation, as part of an entirely new organisational design
• Liaise extensively with senior stakeholders

Candidates must have:

• Extensive experience of leading large, complex business transformation programs at major organisations
• Prior experience in Program Director level roles
• Demonstrable experience of leading major programs through the transition phase from transformation to BAU
• Strong, clear work in managing impacts and interdependencies of events through a transition period
• Extensive experience managing senior stakeholders
• A clear business focus - this is not a technical role
