Data#3’s vision is to harness the power of people and technology for a better future. We are currently seeking an Asset Management Solution Specialist for an immediate contract role.
Experience
• A strong knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) standards and practices
• Solid understanding of the SAM lifecycle processes
• Working knowledge of Software Management tool sets
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Licensing
• Sound knowledge of licensing practices of other Vendors such as Adobe, Symantec, Corel etc.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of Enterprise Software Vendors licensing programs
• Strong demonstrated experience in customer facing activities, such as conducting customer meetings and delivering
presentations to all levels of management
• Demonstrated work history of ethical business practice
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a SAM Role preferably with software licensing experience
• Relevant experience in obtaining qualitative and quantitative targets
• Sound Microsoft Word knowledge
• Sound Microsoft Project knowledge
Skills
• Demonstrated skills in maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry leaders
• Effective oral and written communication skills to ensure clear and accurate communication with all stakeholders
• Effective oral and written communication skills to influence and persuade using a broad understanding of all aspects of
IT and importantly a strong understanding of Data#3’s Asset Management Solutions
• Possess the skills, and traits necessary to being successful as an Asset Management Specialist such as
professionalism, a sense of urgency, and a dedication to continuous improvement
• Good analytical skills using Microsoft Excel knowledge
