Talent International is currently looking to engage an Operations Developer (Evangelist, Automation, Testing, Engineer) for a 12-month contract based in Sydney CBD. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand, analyse and size user requirements.
• Design, advise and implement end to end processes and end workflows.
• Design, advise and implement end-to-end business processes and suggested work methods that enable high-performance development.
• Design, advise, implement standards and ensure adherence to agreed standards and practices.
• Provide feedback through automation on build and timings of processes.
• Produce a testing, DevOps and continuous improvement strategy.
• Development and maintenance of system documentation.
• Work within a state of the art, greenfields DevOps environment.
• Collaboration with data consumers, database development, testers and IT support teams.

Skills required:

• Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools.
• Ability to code and script
• Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment.
• Strong grasp of automation tools.
• Data management skills.
• A strong focus on business outcomes.
• Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.

Nice to have: 

• Experience working with a SQL database like Teradata.
• Knowledge of Teradata's UDI and GCFR.
• Experience with Dev Ops and Data Warehousing.
