This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic business providing hardware and software support to a large customer base across Victoria and interstate. This position will focus on first level help desk and in-house repair of a range of hardware systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
•Excellent customer service and communication skills.
•The ability to provide timely guidance and advice to clients over the phone and remotely.
•Ownership and timely completion of jobs on hand.
•The ability to work without supervision and autonomously meeting targets.
•Ability to problem solve and multi-task.
•Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
The ideal candidate should have:
•Microsoft qualifications
•Proven technical professional experience
•High technical expertise in desktop hardware and software: Windows 10 and 7, Office 365, Server 2008/2012/2016, Virtual Servers
•Experience in remote support packages and access
