About the Role:
DX is looking for a Business Program Manager to work on site with a well-known global Australian Brand within the telecommunications space.  You will be working on a Data Transformation & Analytics Program for the business.
  
This is an initial 6 month contract with a view to go beyond 12 months due to the work involved.

Main Responsibilities:
The Business Program Manager position sits in the Delivery team of BP&D within the Customer Business Unit and reports to the Director – Business Delivery.
  
The prime responsibility of this position is to manage the successful delivery of Data Transformation & Analytics Program for agreed financial benefits & customer experience outcomes. 

Key accountabilities for this job and requirements: 

• Initiative sponsor and business unit stakeholder relationship management
• Program management in accordance with KPIs on time, within budget, to agreed scope and quality
• Ensuring customer experience parameters are driven to conclusion within programs
• Introduce and maintain program management processes in conjunction with the Business Program Office (BPO)
• Facilitate and conduct meetings with senior personnel
• Contribute to and work effectively within a team environment

Main Skills:

• 7+ years’ experience as a Business Program Manager
• Must have delivered at least 2 E2E BI Programs

Strong knowledge of at least 3 of the below skillsets:

• Big Data/Data Lake
• Data Modelling
• Data Science
• AWS
• Teradata
