PM-Partners is currently seeking a Business Analyst with CRM experience to work on a customer and sales application project
To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following:
- 5+ years Business Analysis experience. More Technical than Business/Process focused
- CRM Implementation experience
- Excellent stakeholder management with a business consultative approach
- Outstanding analytical, observation and organisational skills
- Identifying, evaluating and having a well-defined understanding of the high-level business needs of clients and stakeholders
- Analysing and document business requirements and write detailed business, stakeholder, functional and non-functional requirements
- Reviewing, documenting and confirming requirements through workshops and SMEs
