We currently have an excellent contract opportunity for a Technical Lead to join a challenging Finance IT improvement program. The Design work has been completed by the Architecture team which now requires implementation from a technical delivery team working closely and managing multiple vendors and other delivery sub groups to implement and produce a cohesive end-to-end technical solution. 
  
The Technical Lead will be responsible for working around infrastructure projects. Taking responsibility to lead a delivery team to produce end-to-end technical solutions. You will be working with key delivery sub teams including the Business Analysts, Testing team, vendors, technical teams, and Organisational Change management to work on complex technical project.
  
We require a Technical Lead who has an excellent all round infrastructure technical skill set and is able to talk technical but also who can translate tech into easy to understand business talk too. You will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vendors, work closely with the technical implementation teams and manage the implementation and releases with the Change Manager to ensure a smooth transition. 

Experience:
Definition, implementation of IT infrastructure
Systems infrastructure Experience
Extensive experience in infrastructure technology solutions
Knowledge and experience of infrastructure technologies within banking and finance sector
Demonstrated infrastructure technology planning experience
Demonstrated experience managing multiple vendors across a complex technical solution landscape.

Ideal Qualifications:

• A tertiary degree in IT
• At least 7 years IT experience (of which at least 5 years in similar technical lead/ Systems integration roles)
