My client is a medium size organisation with an ongoing program of systems updating and replacement.

The person they will appoint to this role will have strong project management and stakeholder relationship-building and management skills.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Plan, control and evaluate IT operations.
Overseeing delivery of IT projects including system updates, upgrades and migrations
Stakeholder relationship management and communication
Managing and reporting on the IT budget
Oversee the overall efficiency and working of the IT systems through improvement and where necessary replacement
Oversee change management and initiatives
Manage relationships with 3rd party software providers and other external service providers
Managing all IT services including telecommunications, applications and infrastructure
Strong Project Management skills are essential
Strong Documentation writing & management skills
Strong Change Management skills
Help Desk performance management
Manage a small team
Some travel required (interstate)
