The PMO is a fast paced, highly motivated team looking to improve how initiatives are delivered
across the technology portfolio. We believe that our relationships with the business are critical to our success and are passionate about what we do.
What you will do
As Senior Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our PMO to facilitate the effective delivery of the technology program portfolio.
You will ensure that all initiatives are set up for success, providing change leadership and influence at all levels of the organisation.
You will be responsible for planning and managing business change activities across the Technology portfolio, including defining business change requirements and impacts, developing and monitoring program change capability and creating and overseeing change strategies. You will also support the development of communication strategies and ensure business readiness and acceptance of change through effective engagement with the business.
Who you are
You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a highly motivated and proactive team. You have extensive experience of working in a transforming business with a number of large-scale projects in train. You’ll provide balance, drive focus and influence decision-making across the organisation as our change expert.
You will demonstrate confidence as a mentor and change agent. Quick to build relationships and maintain connections with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll be able to work collaboratively across business areas. You understand that communication is critical and the ability to anticipate change and switch direction is part of the job.
