Opportunity for an experienced BA with Sales and Distribution or Warehousing experience to play a key role in our client’s technology transformation programs. Responsibilities

• Determine business requirements for multiple business clients developing singular Business Analysis conclusions
• Gain a detailed knowledge of the process across the organisation
• Defining of initiatives, including analysis, design, and implementation of solutions.
• Work closely with both business and technology development teams in preparation of specifications having an understanding of the technical changes required
• Where possible and from a high-level standpoint contribute to system architecture and design
• Provide insights relating to sales and distribution requirements across the respective business and technical teams

  
Key Requirements

• 5+ years Business Analysis experience in a large scale commercial environment
• Knowledge of Sales and Distribution and an understanding of the broader Retail processes
• Familiarity with product lifecycle processes
• Project experience involving ERP solutions such as SAP, MS Dynamics AX, Oracle, JDA, Infor etc
• Excellent awareness of both Waterfall and Agile processes
• Personality of a diplomat, responsive and a good listener
• Strong business delivery focus
• Experience and interest in technology output and the overall development business processes
• Proven team membership skills with first rate communication experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
