You are:

You're a Senior Strategy Manager with the ability to hold their own in front of C-Level & Board Executives due to your experience working in either consulting or top-tier finance / insurance / Healthcare industries. 

You pride yourself on your ability to perform in a chaotic & fluid environment with strong skills in critical thinking, communication & stakeholder management.

Significant experience in leading strategic thinking and planning for large corporates is crucial & you'll be humble, collaborative and personable to be the right cultural fit.

The Role:

As a Senior Strategy Manager you'll be reporting to the GM of Strategy working across multiple cross-business projects, planning and managing the strategy (including external strategy) and advising the Program Directors.

This role requires critical thinking as opposed to just analytical thinking and you'll be dealing extensively with the CEO & board.


Skills / Experience:

• Strong background in managing strategy at enterprise level
• Ideally experience in top-tier consulting / finance / insurance
• Accustomed to working closely with / advising / presenting to C-Level
• Ability to thrive in a chaotic Agile environment
• Strong relationship building skills & stakeholder management capabilities imperative
• Excellent critical thinking skills
