An exciting opportunity has been created for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join the IT team in Helensvale Queensland. Reporting to the Salesforce Business Analyst Team Leader, you will provide administration and support to the Salesforce platform.

Key objectives for the role are:

  • Maintain data integrity and data cleanse processes
  • Configuring and enhancing the Salesforce.com application
  • Liaise directly with Business users and key stake holders to understand, analyse and resolve support related requests and incidents
  • Seek opportunities and implement new initiatives for continuous improvement within Salesforce
  • Ownership and support of UAT coordination and change implementation activities.
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases and new functionality
  • Deliver training and maintain documentation for the end users

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Experience with Classic, mobile and Lighting interfaces
  • Knowledge of Sales, Service, Marketing and Community clouds
  • Experience with security settings, process builder, workflow & validation rules, custom email templates, reports, dashboards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL process and experience using tools such as ServiceNow is advantageous
