As an agile team, they present a complete service offering - with senior advisory services, product and project management, business analysis, UX, and engineering (backend and frontend).

About the Role
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Developer to join their Sydney team. You’d be part of a growing global professional services practice in the process of expanding their Australian footprint. You will have the opportunity to work in a diversely skilled team. All their Developers and Engineers are customer facing and work as part of a team. Central to how they work is that no one flies solo.
  
Key responsibilities will include:
  

• Provide technical assessment of work to go into a backlog.
• Perform spikes to yield a set of potential solutions, each with pros and cons.
• Perform backlog grooming.
• Contribute to creating, planning and delivering on sprint goals.
• Take responsibility for delivering defined development, configuration tasks and user stories to our clients standards and with acceptable unit tests.
• Develop and test Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Javascript, HTML and other elements of code required for a specific solution.
• Advise their clients on the best Salesforce approaches and options to meet their needs.
• Seek and give peer review
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies
• Dedication to continuous improvement

To be successful for this role you must have the following, at a minimum:
  

• 2+ years doing similar jobs across a variety of companies, projects and Salesforce implementations
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• At a minimum hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
• Experience developing in Java, C# or similar language coupled with Visualforce, Lightning, Apex, Javascript and HTML
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player
